(via Beakman)<\/p>\n<p>Agree but not entirely.  There are tons of things you learn and experience when you&#8217;re hired. It&#8217;s like before you can lead and manage, you must learn to follow.  A great part of my attitude towards work is molded by working for four years under The Boss of a computer center of a certain university along with nine other programmers and engineers (which includes a Linux-samurai-x-lovin&#8217; system administrator).<\/p>\n<p>But that&#8217;s only a minor debris among the things tackled in that article.<\/p>\n<p>So go check it out for yourself.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hiring is Obsolete.
